We, Aylmer United Church, thank you Bev Cote for your participation in the life of AUC.

Over the years, Bev has happily volunteered to help with many of our rain barrel sales.   She is known to have crocheted a bed mat or two and has often been found stationed behind a table at our Christmas Bazaar.  But more importantly, Bev has been the organizer of our annual Pancake Suppers.  

Once again, thank you Bev, for all you do!

We, Aylmer United Church, thank you for all the ideas you have put forth over the years to enhance the Aylmer United Church both locally and far away.
​
The annual Rain Barrel Sale for several years did add much needed money to the finances of AUC.

Other ideas were the milk bag mats for Haiti, the lovely pillowcase dresses for Haiti, India, Mexico.  Your workshops to teach people for both these endeavours were great.
You instigated the High Tea for the Seniors in the Church and organized the anniversary photos. 

At Christmases you had helped the sponsored family with the donations from yourself and work friends.  Another project was the shoe boxes for the homeless.

Your volunteer work has not gone unnoticed.  Fred’s willingness to be the 'go to' man when there is an emergency, his help in keeping our church functioning, setting up for various events, putting out the garbage and assisting in setting up Coffee Fellowship after our church services.

Barb’s cooking contributions for our fundraisers, keeping our jam maker supplied with fruit, sugar and jars, and also setting up for coffee fellowship.   Her generosity and always thinking of others and what may help or give them pleasure.

This couple volunteer even while away.  Their commitment to try to make the lives of others better (Mexico).  While they are in Mexico they volunteer, cook and take breakfast to the people who live around the dump.   They read to the elderly even though the language is different. 

We at Aylmer United Church say thank you – for your unassuming manner and caring attitude, for your volunteer work, for welcoming people in our church and for your friendship. 

There are so many more ways both of you have contributed over the years and we appreciate it very much!

​We, Aylmer United Church, thank you for your volunteer work.  
We appreciate the spontaneous around the clock time that you put in to keep our church in tip top shape very much.
Your chili and various other dishes are so delicious and welcomed at our fundraisers.
Your coffee making skill during the Fellowship following the Sunday Services and at Fundraisers has always been welcome.  We look forward to seeing you again when we re-open. 
Together as a church community we make Aylmer United Church a safer, kinder, and great church to go to.
We hope that you enjoy this banana loaf with cream cheese icing and the friendships from our church.

Joy, you are such a wonderful, caring, and loving person.  
 
You have been a very important and key part of our Church Council, UCW and various other key committees for many years.
Your jams and now muffins are a welcome tasty treat at church and in the community that all look forward to. 
 
For me personally you have been a great help and inspiration at all the church fundraisers I have organized in recent years.  My favourite memory will always be of you in butterfly wings leading a procession of Pumpkin Walkers! ❤
